Tierra del Mar points at offering guests an excellent service during the stay.

Check-in is open from 3 pm to 7 pm; check-out has to get done by 11:30 am. In case of early check-in or late check-out, guests are allowed to leave their baggage at the Reception and pick them up at their return to the hotel.

Continental breakfast is included in the price and is available every day from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Coffee, hot tea, fresh orange juice, bread, butter and jam and other tasteful options are at your disposal to enjoy your day from the beginning.

Reception staff is focused on guests’ needs and is always available to provide touristic or entertainment information about Holbox Island.

These services combined with the accuracy of the spaces and the friendly staff make the Hotel a corner of heaven.  But Tierra del Mar also offers some extra services that can be booked in advance to guarantee the best in quality and professionality.

  • Door-to-door transfer service from/to Cancun Airport (or any other place in the Mayan Riviera) directly to/from the Hotel’s door. The service includes:
  • – ground transportation from the airport to the dock of Chiquilá in a van equipped with air conditioning and an experienced driver;
    – ferry from Chiquilá to Holbox, approximately 30 minutes sailing;
    – taxi from the dock to the hotel’s door.
